PREPERATIONS
We require the cargo space to be completely clean when loading with us. You must sweep the platform before arriving at Iggesund. Small pieces of rubber or debris risk destroying the load. Please also ensure that the loading belt is prepared.
SAFETY
Visibility clothing must be worn AT ALL TIMES! Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Engine idle running is prohibited!.
ARRIVAL
Turn right when you enter the site.
Call one of the numbers for truck drivers to be admitted through the gate. Telephone number: +46 65028982 or +46 65028001
Park the truck by the stop sign and enter the building to report with the loading office.
Follow the signs to "Godsmott/Utlastning" (Goods Reception/Unloading) to get to the loading office.
LOADING
Drive the vehicle through the gate and park alongside the wall. Try to make sure you do not block a gate when you park.
During loading, it is important that you and the forklift driver have a good view of each other and maintain eye contact. Stay a proper distance from the truck.
EXIT
When the loading and securing of the cargo are complete, continue to drive straight through the warehouse and the gate to get out.
