We require the cargo compartment to be completely clean when loading at our facilities. You must sweep clean the trailer before arriving at Ahlstrom. Small pieces of rubber or rubbish risk damaging the load. Also make sure that lashing straps are prepared.

We require you to have the right protective equipment when loading at our facilities. Hi-vis vest, full length clothing and protective footwear must always be worn. Speed limit 20 km/h. Alcohol, smoking and drugs are forbidden! Random testing is carried out or on suspicion.

Unloading is carried out at gate A. Follow the “Utlastning” signs to get here.

Park the vehicle in a suitable spot and enter using the door to the right of the gates.

Go to the loading office and state your load number. You will then be assigned a gate and time for unloading.

Secure the vehicle with the SweDock restraints at gate 1 and 2. Next to the inspections is a sign with instructions. At gate 3, reverse the vehicle in and use the wheel chocks to secure it.

Do not enter the warehouse until you are let in by the staff. You may wait in the cab or in the waiting room during loading if your assistance is not required. If you are present during loading, keep to one side, follow the staff’s instructions and make sure the forklift driver can see you clearly.

When loading is complete you can collect your shipping documentation from the loading office. The load must be secured correctly before departure.
